2017 RYSC Recreational Registration Information

If your child’s birth date falls between January 1, 1999 and December 31, 2012, they are eligible to play soccer in the 2017 season.

Registration will be open from April 5th – June 15th.

REGISTRATION FEE

  • $115* one player (plus $30 per player raffle ticket fee)
  • $230* two players
  • $300* family of three or more players

* All registration fees will have a $30 raffle ticket fee added. Players will receive tickets directly from Team Manager in August and may choose to retain tickets or sell for $10 per ticket.

Register by May 15th to avoid late fees and ensure placement!!

REGISTRATION TIMELINE

  • Early Bird Registration    4/5-4/15
  • Regular Registration    4/16-5/15 (extended until 5/20)
  • Late Registration    5/21-6/15**
  • Waiting List       6/16-7/15**

**All registrations after May 21st will have an added $25 late fee charged to each individual player’s registration fee. Placement is not guaranteed for players registering in the 5/16-7/15 time frame.

REGISTRATION STEPS 

CLICK HERE  to go to the new Bonzi Registration page for Rocklin Soccer and then follow the Steps below:

 Step 1:  Under player, click REGISTER NOW to start the registration process.

 Step 2:  It will take you to the sign in page.  If you are a returning family, type in the same email address you used last year and forgot password.  A temporary password will be emailed to you.  If your email address is different from last year, you will need to create a new account. 

 Step 3:  When you enter your new password you will be logged in and ready to register a player.  If you would like to coach, you will register under the coach tab. 

 Step 4:  Register your player(s) as directed.  It will provide a list of players you have registered in the past that you can choose from or the option to add a registration for another player. 

 Step 5:  Now you choose the age group of the child you are registering

 Step 6:  Continue to player information

 Step 7:  Now you will enter all the info requested, check boxes for mandatory raffle ticket fee and waivers. ( If you are registering 3 or more children, you will be billed for the raffle tickets because the amount owed will not be reflected on the receipt). 

 Step 8:  It will then take you to review page, payment method and receipt page. If you need to register more players, do so now.  Discounts will be applied for three or more player registrations in the same family.  If you opt to pay by check instead of Credit Card, your check will need to be received by the club within 5 business days in order to receive priority registration.  If you pay by Credit Card, the date of your registration will be the priority date.

 Step 9:  Once your payment is complete and while still on receipt page, click Return to Member Account to view the members you have registered on the right hand side of the screen.  This is where you will upload a picture (no sunglasses or hats) and upload a copy of your player(s) birth certificate if one is not in the system. 

 

As in the past, we will then work on teaming in May and June. You will hear from your coach in July.  Practices start at the beginning of the August and games start in September.  

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Team placement requests may be made at time of registration. While we will do our best to accommodate requests, not all requests can or will be honored.

RYSC offers Financial Aid to those players who qualify. Service hours are required.

RYSC Registration Refund
 
Full Refund:        The entire registration fee* will be refunded for any reason up until May 31st.
Partial Refund:    The registration fee*, minus $25 will be refunded for requests made from June 1st to July 31st.
No Refund:         No refunds will be made for requests after July 31st.

*Please note if you registered during the late registration period, the late fee charge is not refundable, only the registration fee portion of your payment.
