Team Manager meeting – 5:30-7 PM Monday, August 14th @

The meeting starts at 6 PM, SpringView Hall (Johnson Springview Park – 5480 5th Street).  Raffle tix pickup, t-shirt pickup. NOTE: For returning team managers, we will explain the new raffle ticket option, and a few other highlights that have changed for the season.  We will excuse you after the new information is shared.  For new team managers or those with questions please attend the brief overview meeting at 6 PM, and bring your questions!


In the meantime – please find the following important pieces of information:

A few key changes:

  • Raffle ticket/Discount card sales
    • 3 tickets per child this year 
      • Cost was included in registration; no additional monies necessary to be collected
      • 3 discount cards will passed out to each player; family can either fill in the information for their family, or sell the raffle tickets to recoup the cost
      • Completed raffle tickets must be returned to RYSC by Saturday September 9th for opening ceremonies (1140 Sunset Blvd. STE 1144 (Behind Sutter Medical Office on Sunset)


  • Player Pass Meeting (U9 and above ONLY)
    • WHEN:  Wednesday, August 30th
    • WHERE: RYSC Office – 1140 Sunset Blvd. STE 1144 (Behind Sutter Medical Office on Sunset)
    • TIME:  5-7 PM
    • Check with coaches to be sure players pictures have been uploaded to the registration website.


  • Pictures
    • WHEN:  Monday, August 28th & Tuesday, August 29th
    • WHERE: Kathy Lund Park
    • TIME:  Coming soon

  • Opening Ceremonies
    • WHEN: Saturday, Sept 9th  
    • WHERE: Azevedo Park
    • TIME: 5:00-9:00 PM
    • Team Banner Contest!  Bring banners at 4 PM to be hung up around the baseball field for voting
    1.  Winning team monies!   $125 for third place, $150 for second place or $175 for first place!
